职责描述

1. Provide clinical user support creating customer delight through notch knowledge and a sense of patient centric-behavior
2. Achieve revenue goals and meet regional sales targets
3. Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing and Distributor teams to develop activities to achieve sales targets and to allow the business gain market share and differentiate from its competitors。
4. Deliver customers and distributor trainings. Implement market plans developed by the marketing team and seek ways to enhance effectiveness.

5. Comply with mandatory training and attend training programs as required, to maintain and develop the knowledge required to fulfill the role effectively.
6. Maintain and develop relationships with KOLs and decision makers.
7. Develop in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels, both clinical and economic stakeholders in order to develop tailored solutions which maximize market gain potential.
8. Maintain knowledge of competitor's products, activities and strategies in China.
9. Willing to learn extensively and constantly develop clinical skills and acumen。
10. Willing to work long and odd hours to meet emergency patient needs and demonstrate creative acumen in ensuring that the right inventory is available for successful outcomes in the procedure.
11. Reasonably control and execute sales expense budget plan.

理想的求职者

1. Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline OR applicable/equivalent combination of work experience and education required
2. At least 6 years of experience in the medical device industry, with endovascular or cardiac surgery experience required
3. Have the capacity to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with all hospital stakeholders
4. Good dealer management skills, with ability to communicate with dealers independently to resolve market issues and develop solutions
5. Ability to work in a fast paced, agile organization and motivated by a high growth and high performing environment
6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
7. Demonstrates solutions focused approach with high capability to solve problems and present solutions
8. Must be self-disciplined, organized and be able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives
9. Must be highly motivated and have strong desire to succeed in a demanding role
10. Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout territory
