职责描述

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the Chinese fabless semiconductor industry.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance to help them achieve their individual and team objectives.
  3. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging a deep understanding of the fabless semiconductor market and customer needs.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers to foster long-term business partnerships.
  5. Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure that our design services are aligned with customer requirements and industry trends.
  6. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and account maintenance.
  7. Develop and control the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize sales effectiveness.
  8. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing and sales campaigns that support sales objectives.
  9. Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

理想的求职者

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  2. A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, with a proven track record of success in a fabless environment.
  3. Demonstrated leadership in managing a sales team and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  4. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in Mandarin and English.
  6. Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics to drive data-driven sales strategies.
  7. Ability to travel domestically as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  8. Experience in managing key accounts and a strong network within the Chinese semiconductor market.
