Job Description

  • Translate enterprise priorities into a clear, cross-functional digital transformation roadmap.
  • Assess digital maturity across functions and identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Define problem statements, value propositions, and success metrics for each initiative.
  • Act as the PMO to ensure structured execution and governance.
  • Drive projects from concept to outcome with a focus on delivering business value.
  • Maintain performance reviews, risk tracking, and leadership reporting.
  • Engage with functional leaders, IT, and cross-functional teams to drive convergence and alignment.
  • Serve as a translator between business needs and technical execution.
  • Communicate complex digital topics in a clear, structured, and business-relevant manner.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of how enabling functions contribute to enterprise transformation.
  • Experienced in consulting or enterprise transformation, with the ability to structure ambiguity and synthesize insights.
  • Proven track record in complex, multi-stakeholder programs with measurable impact.
  • Skilled communicator who can simplify complexity and influence across levels.
  • Innovation-driven, with the ability to connect technology and data to business growth.
  • Preferred: Background in management consulting or digital projects in revenue growth or supply chain.
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, transformation, or PMO.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
