Oversee Xiaohongshu operations, including content planning, copywriting (or guiding writers), visual direction, campaign planning, and daily engagement to ensure account growth and health. Monitor social media trends, hot topics, and competitor activities to create timely and viral content. Influencer Marketing (KOL/KOC) Independently identify, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with influencers aligned with brand positioning. Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from briefing and content coordination to publishing, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis. Build and optimise a robust influencer network and resource pool for long-term partnerships. Performance Analysis & Optimisation Define clear marketing objectives (e.g., exposure, engagement, follower growth, traffic conversion) and regularly track and analyse campaign performance. Use data insights to refine content and media strategies, improving ROI. Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with e-commerce teams to drive traffic to Douyin, Tmall, JD.com, and other sales channels, tracking conversion results. Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure accurate and high-quality marketing materials. The Successful Applicant Experience: Minimum 3 years in social media or digital marketing; experience in health supplements, beauty, mother & baby, or consumer brands preferred. Proven success in scaling social media accounts from zero or achieving rapid growth. Strong influencer network and excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Exceptional content planning and copywriting ability with a strong sense of social media trends. Solid project management and cross-functional communication skills.
