Job Description

Social Media Strategy & Content Management

  • Develop and implement an integrated social media content strategy centred on Xiaohongshu, while coordinating across Douyin, Weibo, and WeChat Official Accounts.
  • Oversee Xiaohongshu operations, including content planning, copywriting (or guiding writers), visual direction, campaign planning, and daily engagement to ensure account growth and health.
  • Monitor social media trends, hot topics, and competitor activities to create timely and viral content.



Influencer Marketing (KOL/KOC)

  • Independently identify, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with influencers aligned with brand positioning.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from briefing and content coordination to publishing, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Build and optimise a robust influencer network and resource pool for long-term partnerships.



Performance Analysis & Optimisation

  • Define clear marketing objectives (e.g., exposure, engagement, follower growth, traffic conversion) and regularly track and analyse campaign performance.
  • Use data insights to refine content and media strategies, improving ROI.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.



Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with e-commerce teams to drive traffic to Douyin, Tmall, JD.com, and other sales channels, tracking conversion results.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure accurate and high-quality marketing materials.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in social media or digital marketing; experience in health supplements, beauty, mother & baby, or consumer brands preferred.
  • Proven success in scaling social media accounts from zero or achieving rapid growth.
  • Strong influencer network and excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional content planning and copywriting ability with a strong sense of social media trends.
  • Solid project management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • English proficiency for business communication.
