Demand Forecasting: - Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and commercial inputs. - Incorporate promotions, new product launches, and seasonal variations into forecasts. - Utilise tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kin axis) to improve forecast accuracy (MA PE, bias).2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Align with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to validate forecasts and adjust for business strategies. - Lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings to synchronise demand/supply plans.3. Inventory Optimisation: - Identify risks of stock outs or overstock and recommend corrective actions. - Monitor inventory levels to balance service levels and cost efficiency.4. Performance Analysis: - Track Kips (forecast accuracy, fill rates, inventory turns) and report insights to leadership. - Continuously improve processes through data-driven methodologies.5. Market Intelligence: - Analyse competitor activity, consumer trends, and external factors (e.g., economic shifts) impacting demand. 理想的求职者 - Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or related field. - Experience: 5+ years in demand planning, preferably in FM CG/consumer goods. - Skills: Proficiency in demand planning software and EARP systems (SAP/Oracle).
