保存工作 返回搜索结果 职责描述 职位概要 类似职位 Well-known MNC group Responsible for complex projects 关于我们的客户 Our client is seeking a Indirect Procurement Specialist who have a strong negotiation skills and stakeholder management to manage the end-to-end procurement process and optimise costs and ensure supply continuity. 职责描述 Demand Forecasting & Planning- Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts using historical data, market intelligence, and customer insights. - Incorporate variables such as seasonality, economic trends, and raw material availability into demand models. - Utilise EARP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools to improve forecast accuracy.Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to validate forecasts and adjust for new product launches, promotions, or market shifts. - Lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings to align demand plans with production and procurement strategies.Inventory & Supply Chain Optimisation:- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock outs or excess stock, ensuring optimal working capital. - Identify risks in supply chain disruptions and propose mitigation strategies.Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement:- Measure and report Kips (forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, service levels) to senior management. - Implement process improvements to enhance demand planning efficiency and data-driven decision-making. 理想的求职者 Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or EPICS certification is a plus.5+ years in demand planning, supply chain, or commercial operations, preferably in the chemical, petrochemical, or industrial manufacturing sectors.Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in EARP systems (SAP , Oracle ) and demand planning software. Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query) & data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods (e.g., regression analysis, time-series mode ling).Soft Skills:Analytically mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
