职责描述

Centralize and Govern Full - funnel Data

1) Be responsible for centralizing data from full funnel, and establish an effective data governance framework to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data.

2) Develop data management strategies and coordinate data requirements from different departments to ensure the orderly integration and storage of data.

Develop and Maintain Full - funnel Dashboards

Develop and maintain full - funnel dashboards. Provide data support for decision - making at different levels through intuitive data visualization.

Track Full - funnel KPIs and Identify Anomalies

Continuously track key performance indicators (KPIs) of the full - funnel. Have a deep understanding of the business implications and correlations behind each KPI.

Consumer Journey Mapping

Have a deep understanding of the entire process of FMCG products from awareness, interest, purchase to loyalty building, and map the end - to - end consumer journey, including all relevant touch points.

Social Listening

Derive valuable insights from massive social data, such as consumers' attitudes towards brands and products, competitors' dynamics, market trends, etc., and transform these insights into executable marketing strategies.
