Data System Optimisation: Propose improvements to existing data systems based on business needs and data analysis to enhance efficiency and performance. User Training and Support: Provide training for business departments on the use of data systems and offer necessary technical support after project implementation. Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of data systems, collect user feedback, and continuously optimise and adjust to meet the needs of business development. The Successful Applicant Hold a degree in Business Management, Data Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field. Over 5 years of experience in the field of business and systems analysis, focusing on data analysis and project coordination. Proven work experience in creating detailed Functional Requirement Documents and prototypes. Attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Understanding of data mode ling and engineering concepts. Familiarity with SQL, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and data visualisation technologies.
