Uncover the commercial insights behind the data to provide strong data support for business decision-making. Build and optimise data models. Utilise data visualisation tools to transform complex data into intuitive and understandable reports and charts, clearly presenting key business metrics and trends. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations. Gain a deep understanding of business needs and provide targeted data solutions to help various departments improve operational efficiency and performance. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of omnichannel marketing activities. Propose optimisation suggestions through data analysis to enhance the return on marketing investment. Collect and analyse market dynamics and competitor data to provide a data basis for the company to formulate competitive strategies. 理想的求职者 Have 3 - 5 years of experience as a data analyst, with relevant work experience in the retail and fast-moving consumer goods industry. Be familiar with the data characteristics and business logic of this industry. Be proficient in SQL and Python, capable of efficiently conducting data extraction, cleaning, and analysis. Have a mastery of PPT skills, able to present and report data analysis results in a professional, clear, and convincing manner.
