CTO -- fema-le only electronic products

1. Responsible for the development of all kinds of products, including but not limited to wom-en-only electronic products, high-end furniture electronic products, etc. Responsibilities include product positioning, planning, design and project execution.
2. Responsible for the optimization of the R & D team and the cultivation and improvement of team capabilities.
3. Responsible for in-depth understanding of the company's business and development direction, conducting research on new technologies and new designs according to market demand, so as to achieve technical realization and design breakthroughs of new products.
4. Check the design of existing products, put forward feasible improvement plans for design defects, and extend the life cycle of products.
5. As a research and development window, responsible for cross-department (marketing, procurement, operation, etc.) communication and cooperation, and promote product selection, definition and development. Solve the problems that may arise in R & D and production to ensure that products are designed and delivered according to the plan;
6. Managed the progress of various projects, evaluated, corrected and optimized project anomalies. Communication, coordination and resource integration to ensure smooth progress of the project.
7. Responsible for resource integration, working closely with third-party suppliers to ensure timely and quality product release.
