The Successful Applicant A successful Chief Technology Officer (CTO) should have: A strong educational background in Automobile major. No less than 10 years experience, in Automobile leadership roles, particularly in the automobile production, engineering and/or manufacturing operations A proven track record of driving the operation/communication/technical discussion in between HQ and OEM Suppliers.
