Job Description

Supplier Management​

  • Act as the main point of contact for CRM - related suppliers. Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts and service - level agreements (SLAs) to ensure good value for the company.​



  • Regularly communicate and collaborate with suppliers, providing clear project requirements, timelines, and expectations. Monitor suppliers' performance, resolve any issues or disputes promptly, and ensure they meet the agreed - upon quality and delivery standards.

Project Management​

  • Develop and manage the CRM project plan, including defining project scope, objectives, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. Create and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress against milestones and adjusting plans as needed.​



  • Write comprehensive development progress reports on a regular basis. T​​



  • Continuously monitor the project delivery progress, proactively identify potential delays or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Keep all stakeholders informed of project status and any changes that may impact the project outcome.

CRM Expertise​

  • Leverage in - depth knowledge of CRM systems, processes, and good practices to drive the successful implementation of CRM projects. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on CRM functionality, customization, and integration with other systems.​



  • Stay updated on the trends, technologies, and industry developments in CRM, and evaluate their potential impact on the company's CRM strategy and projects.


The Successful Applicant

Experience​

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing CRM projects.​



  • Hands - on experience in managing external suppliers and managing internal delivery teams, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.​


CRM Knowledge​

  • In - depth understanding of CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc., including their functionality, configuration, and customization. Familiarity with CRM data management, analytics, and reporting is highly desirable.​​


Skills​

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.​



  • Strong analytical and problem - solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.​



  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, and stakeholders at all levels.
