CPO (Chief Product Officer) - Industrial Design - ID

· Define and drive the multi-year product vision aligned with company growth into smart and commercial yard robotics.

· Responsible for portfolio planning across pool cleaning, lawn mowing, snow removal, irrigation, and leaf collection categories.

· Oversee the industrial design team to deliver good product aesthetics, ergonomics, and user experience.

· Ensure design consistency and brand identity across all product lines.

· Build and manage a robust product research function to gather insights from global markets (North America, Europe, Asia).

· Translate user needs into actionable product features and innovations.

· Partner with R&D, marketing, supply chain, and sales to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution.

· Collaborate with global teams across Shenzhen, Suzhou, and the U.S.

· Manage and grow a high-performing team of 30+ product managers, designers, and researchers.

· Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer obsession.
