职责描述

Lead and manage the digital department, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in the retail and e-commerce marketplace.
Oversee operations and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimise marketing channels and campaigns.
Identify and pursue opportunities within the home appliance sector, if applicable.
Manage and guide a team of at least three employees, fostering a productive work environment.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Report on performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

理想的求职者

Has 5-8 years of working experience, has led a team of at least 3 or more employees;
Experience with retail/e-commerce marketplace or marketing channels;
Experience in home appliance brand or industry is a plus;
Experience with B2C or B2B E-commerce is a plus;
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced;
Able to relocate and be based overseas
