You will work closely with other colleagues in a medium-sized finance team over 10 people. 职责描述 Follow up and implement China Accounting Standard, Group Accounting Manual and IFAS, accounting policies and internal control policies. Be responsible for the true data input in accounting book based on the real business transaction on time. Approve, compile and deliver monthly standard actual financial reports to local Authorities and HQs accurately and timely. Responsible for month-end closing, to be sure sales/ cost/ expenses are properly booked and accrual. Delivery flash, group reporting to HQs on time and in accuracy. Maintain standard price in ERP system once a year based on actual purchasing price and next year budget planned price by Financial Analyst, after checked by FM, approved by Plant Manager. Analyze all kinds of variances of BOM usage variance, FG backlash variance due to scrap or loss, variance between standard price and actual price. Results of investigation must be approved by FM or business GM before all the variance booked into proper entry. Trail and record material usage of production, cycle time, scrap, and indirect material utilize efficiencies and so on. Working out monthly key production indicator with operation department and explaining the variance between actual and target. Pass it to FA for rolling forecast build up and FM for risks warning. Prepare actual contribution margin of all the products monthly compare with Budget/ Forecast with GL accountant, realize the variance and pass to FA for rolling forecast updated Help logistics taking the inventory physical count at least once a year completely. Follow up inventory control policies and responsible for sample checking weekly and monthly. Investigate the variance between selected and booked, pass the result to FM for warning and management improved. Verify and book inventory physical count difference in COGS and ERP system after approved by Finance Manager and Business General Manager. Work out actual/forecast cash flow reporting, focus on the financial position each month. Analyze financial position variance between budget /FCT and actual. Provide advice to FM for improvement. Responsible for efficiencies of money usage; communicate to the potential banks and possible lenders for cash shortage preparation. Handle VAT tax, Income Tax, Withholding Tax, IIT etc. all kind of taxes matters claiming to local tax bureau monthly. Handle government Grants.
