Job Description

  • Oversee internal compliance, operational procedures, and company operating policies.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing processes with a practical, results-oriented mindset.
  • Ensure adherence to newly launched operational systems, which are currently underutilized.
  • Drive continuous improvement in policy and process implementation across teams.
  • Provide strong financial oversight, particularly in volume forecasting.
  • Utilize Power BI and data analytics to support decision-making and performance tracking.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in ocean freight operations, customer service, or shipping systems.
  • Proven experience in assessing and optimizing operational procedures.
  • Solid understanding of seafreight industry dynamics; industry experience is essential.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with a data-driven approach.
  • Leadership presence and the ability to enforce compliance and drive adoption of systems.
