The Successful Applicant 1.Bchelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Animal Nutrition, or related scientific discipline preferred.2.Minimum 8+ years in Portfolio Strategy, Product Management, or Category Management within FMCG, Petcare, or Nutrition industries.3.Proven track record of developing and executing portfolio strategies in complex, matrix organizations.4.Scientific understanding of nutrition or pet food industry.5.Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.6.Excellent communication and influencing skills in English (written and spoken).7.Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and local stakeholders.
