Strategic Leadership & Execution* Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives, leveraging market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights in FMCG industry.* Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, setting clear KPIs for sales, delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitability, and monitor progress through data-driven analysis.2. B2B Channel Management* Oversee end-to-end B2B operations, including sales, distribution, account management, and contract negotiation. Optimize the sales funnel, enhance lead conversion, and drive revenue growth.* Strengthen relationships with key B2B clients, including but not limited to hospitality,airline, cruise, food service etc. ensuring seamless collaboration, service excellence, and mutual success.* Identify new B2B market opportunities, expand into emerging segments, and develop innovative go-to-market strategies.3. Supply Chain & Operations Optimization* Manage the entire supply chain, from raw material procurement to production, inventory management, and delivery, ensuring cost-efficiency, quality control, and timely fulfillment of B2B orders.* Implement lean manufacturing and operational practices to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance overall operational performance.* Collaborate with production teams to scale operations, optimize production capacity, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.4. Team Leadership & Talent Development* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.* Drive talent acquisition, training, and performance management initiatives to build a skilled and motivated workforce capable of meeting business demands.5. Financial & Risk Management* Develop and manage the operations budget, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue optimization.* Mitigate operational risks related to supply chain disruptions, market volatility, and regulatory changes, implementing contingency plans to ensure business continuity.6.
