Conduct regular internal audits or reviews and follow up on remedial actions as needed. Develop, implement, and regularly provide effective compliance training to employees at all levels. Provide policy guidance to management and employees, addressing their concerns in a timely manner. Assist with regulatory interactions and consultations. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in law with a legal professional qualification. Over 8 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, with hands-on experience in corporate compliance management, internal audits, compliance investigations, and major project legal support. In-depth understanding and practical experience with key compliance laws, including Anti-Unfair Competition Law, U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act, and Antitrust Law. Experience in investigations; preference for those with experience in internal audits and risk assessments. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, integrity, proactivity, and the ability to quickly integrate into the business and establish personal influence.
