You job description will mainly cover the following responsibilities: Responsible for communicating recruitment needs with various business units, mainly sales and marketing departments Responsible for managing the various recruitment channels and finding suitable candidates through each recruitment channel Arrange and conduct initial interviews and recommend suitable candidates to the hiring department Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks 理想的求职者 A candidate with in depth experience in recruiting would be well positioned for this role. Ideally you shall have a background in Medical Devices Industry though this is not a must. Years of relevant work experience in recruitment, good at using various recruitment channels to find suitable candidates Fluent English and Chinese Mandarin, International recruitment needs to be supported.
