Job Description

Business Process Excellence:- Lead business process improvement across the board by leveraging industry practices.

- Lead initiatives to protect margin; share analysis and collaborate with team to grow profitably.

- Define customer segmentation and corresponding commercial strategy.

- Contribute to strategic decisions; play a key role in designing and monitoring commercial approach.

- Act as part of the commercial leadership and digital engineering teams; provide process data, conduct insights and defend actions based on interactions with field end users and interpretation of data.

- Use the business health dashboard, track key metrics, lead process improvements where necessary.

- Analyze performance for various sales model programs (loyalty programs, incentive schemes, etc.), work with teams to design more effective cost-efficient programs.

- Lead in-depth performance analysis, share opportunities and red-flags with team proactively.Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE):- Work closely with teams to setup KPIs and sales funnels to improve the sales process with rigor and predictability. Train the team on the funnel management and improving pass-through rates.

- Implement SFE systems (MS Dynamics 365); lead sales teams training for system adoption.

- Analyze SFE at regional product level set targets aligned SFE optimizing measures.

- Identify new growth opportunities based on market potential analysis.Build Systems for Data Visualisation & Analysis:- Monitor data update processes in all IT systems for data capture validation access.

- Ensure data reliability consistency across platforms.

- Conduct training programs for teams use data dashboard their business planning reporting.

The Successful Applicant

Masters in Business or Digital Analytics

8+ years experience strong operational leadership

Excellent business acumen results-oriented

Direct experience working with sales teams

Demonstrated skills implementing digital initiatives design manage rollout of BI target
