  1. Strategic Marketing Planning:
    • Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy in line with business goals.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess customer needs.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.


  2. Brand Management:
    • Establish and maintain the company's brand identity and reputation.
    • Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.


  3. Product Marketing:
    • Work closely with product development teams to ensure marketing readiness of new products.
    • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.


  4. Campaign Development:
    • Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
    • Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.


  5. Customer Engagement:
    • Develop strategies to engage customers and build loyalty.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to personalize marketing efforts and improve customer experience.


  6. Budget Management:
    • Manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
    • Approve and monitor all marketing expenses.


  7. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
    • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability within the team.


  8. Partnerships and Collaborations:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and industry influencers.
    • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.

理想的求职者

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, and must have working experience in overseas market.
  • Skills: Proven track record in strategic marketing planning, brand management, and campaign execution. Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with a history of driving results and achieving goals.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
