We are looking for a Client Engagement Specialist to join our Greater China team. In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end Pardot lead process, ensuring every inquiry is handled promptly, accurately, and professionally to maximize conversion potential. As a key pre-sales support partner, you will qualify leads, engage prospects, and optimize workflows within our CRM system to enable efficient tracking and seamless handover to delivery teams.

Job Description

As a Client Engagement Specialist, You Will:

  • Qualify and prioritize leads based on urgency and reliability, engaging prospects via phone to understand needs and uncover business opportunities.
  • Address client inquiries and objections with tailored solutions, ensuring smooth handover of qualified leads to delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and workflows in CRM systems, documenting lead details and outcomes for transparency and efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve processes by tracking performance metrics and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align lead generation campaigns and ensure seamless transition from presales to onboarding.

The Successful Applicant

If you have the following attributes, we would love to hear from you:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years in business development, presales, or a 360° role. Experience in the recruitment industry is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Results-driven, and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
