They are seeking a Asia Sales Manager to manage expansion efforts in China and adjacent markets for one business unit. This is a rare opportunity to join a global manufacturer in dairy solutions, with over 50 years of industry expertise and a product portfolio that includes dairy rubberware, vacuum and milk pumps, milk filters, calf teats, and hygiene equipment.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the Asia region.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored project solutions to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities and results.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand presence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Asia Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven sales professional with a growth mindset, customer-centric approach, and passion for business development.
  • Deep experience of the Chinese dairy industry, including market dynamics, key players, and product applications.
  • Technical or engineering background to facilitate effective client communication and solution selling.
  • Fluent in Mandarin; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Based in China, preferably Shanghai.
