职责描述

As the head of HR in China, your role includes:

  • Head and oversee all HR functions across China, including factory operations and representative office HR strategy.
  • Act as a strong HRBP to senior business heads, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, and change management.
  • Drive HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.
  • Partner with global HR teams to align China HR practices with broader organizational goals.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing HR team.

理想的求职者

A successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to both factory and business unit/group-level environments.
  • Strong HRBP track record with demonstrated ability to influence and partner with business heads.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in multinational companies or matrix organizations preferred.
