Act as a strong HRBP to senior business heads, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, and change management. Drive HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies. Partner with global HR teams to align China HR practices with broader organizational goals. Manage and mentor a high-performing HR team. 理想的求职者 A successful candidate should have: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to both factory and business unit/group-level environments. Strong HRBP track record with demonstrated ability to influence and partner with business heads. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong communication and problem solving skills.
