职责描述

  • Work with business management team to develop and implement procedures & practices that encourage a high performing culture to ensure the organization optimizes its human resources for business success
  • Ensure that all aspects of staffing, employee relations, employee development, compensation & benefits for all employees delivered timely and in accordance with relevant labour and commercial legislation, in line with corporate guidelines and modern HR Management practice's
  • Regularly review internal and external compensation & benefits market data, including relativity's, in order to ensure the organization is competitive in the market place & is able to attract & retain personnel
  • Provide guidance to leadership on talent management/development and succession planning to ensure the right talent and bench strength are developed to support the function
  • Provide advice to the management team and staff members on employment conditions & employment law.
  • Ensure the organization is in full compliance with all local employment legislation including those relating to employee benefits, termination, etc.
  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures business compliance
  • Prepares, monitors and controls the annual Human Resources budget.

理想的求职者

  • Above 8 yrs of experience in retail industry as HRBP
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, business partnering, project management, performance management and employee relations
  • Experience in coaching and facilitation of people development plan
