Oversee the retail network expansion and optimization, including flagship store experiences, boutique portfolio management, and omni-channel integration (e.g., seamless click-and-collect, virtual consultations). Lead the e-commerce business (direct-to-consumer and third-party platforms), ensuring alignment with luxury service standards while leveraging digital tools to enhance conversion and client retention. Manage P&L accountability, with ownership of KPIs such as GMV, EBIT margin, sell-through rates, inventory turnover, and customer lifetime value (CLV). 4. Team Management & Organizational Development: Building a High-Performing and Cohesive Team Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing China leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and luxury service excellence.
