Develop preventive and predictive maintenance system base on equipment criticality. The Successful Applicant 1. Bachelor degree above of mechanical, automation or relevant engineering. 2. 10 years above utility and equipment maintenance experience. FMCG or pharmaceutical experience is a plus. 3. Strong team leadership is a must. 4. High EQ and good communication and influence skills. 5. Fluent English communication in both writing and oral.
