About Our Client

Our client is the Top 2 leading company in certain food industry.

Job Description

1. Responsible for Shanghai sites overall facilities, utilities and production equipment's efficiency and maintenance.

2. Support EHS and project team on environmental, safety and CAPAX projects. Support CI team for efficiency improvement.

3. Develop annual engineering budget plan, KPI target and team development plan.

4. Develop SOP for the all utility in reliability and energy efficiency way to support the plant operation.

5. Develop preventive and predictive maintenance system base on equipment criticality.

The Successful Applicant

1. Bachelor degree above of mechanical, automation or relevant engineering.

2. 10 years above utility and equipment maintenance experience. FMCG or pharmaceutical experience is a plus.

3. Strong team leadership is a must.

4. High EQ and good communication and influence skills.

5. Fluent English communication in both writing and oral.
