China CFO - Manufacturing Industry

* Assist in formulating BU China's overall strategic direction, providing financial insights and support for key decisions such as investments, financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
* Deeply understand the industry, local market and our business in the BU to effectively facilitate the establishment and deployment of short-term to long-term business plans.
* Partner BU and segment to build constructive relationships with local government and associations, and proactively define opportunities to support business growth in China market.
* Organize the preparation of annual financial budgets, and set financial performance indicators for various departments.
* Regularly review and measure BU's operational finance risks, and implement effective measures to mitigate them.
* Establish and improve BU's financial management system, including financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
* Oversee financial management across all segments in China, including comprehensive budget management, cost management, and asset management.
* Organize the preparation of financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting.
* Formulate treasury and tax planning strategies based on business characteristics and policies.
* Lead the finance team, including personnel allocation, training, and performance evaluation. Enhance the team's professional capabilities and work efficiency, and promote collaboration between the finance department and other departments.
* Coordinate relationships with external institutions such as banks, tax authorities, and auditors to safeguard the company's interests.
* Ensure that the company's financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
