Currently the company has established corporations of joint development with the pharma giants. 职责描述 - Support capital raising, M&A and/or corporate partnering activities to enable the company to meet growth objectives- Act as a strategic business partner to the leadership team; assess organizational performance and financial performance against the annual budget, prior year results and the company's long-term strategy- IPO readiness including preparation of public company filings, compliance, investor relations support and long-range planning- Develop and implement tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information and make actionable recommendations to leadership team and board on both strategy and operations- Board, Audit, Compensation, and Corporate Governance committee meeting preparation, support and attendance- Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the company's strategic plans- Stock option plan management and capitalization table management- Participate in supplier contract negotiation and cost reduction planning 理想的求职者 - Bachelor's Degree required.- Investment Banking/Wall Street related experience highly valued.- Minimum of 10 years working experience, CFO experience within the life sciences (biotech/pharma/med device) highly desired- Strong experience in all stages of growth with specific expertise in managing the preparation for and process of an IPO is required.- Experience as both a strategic thought role to help drive corporate initiatives and a willingness and ability to switch to hands on role as necessary.- Startup experience is highly valued.- Experience with mergers, acquisitions and partnering activities.- Excellent communicator and effective in presenting financial and strategic information- Demonstrated leadership of strong team culture- Ability to engage and lead effectively in a hybrid work environment 薪酬待遇 If you aren't sure you meet every requirement but are excited about what you read here, please consider applying!
