As a key member of the Group's core strategic decision-making team, you will lead the global financial strategy of the Group. This role is designed to support the Group's transformation from a China market centric FMCG business to a "globally capitalized corporation." Your core mission is to drive and execute the Group's overseas listing and M&A integration strategies, serving as the key architect in realizing the Group's grand vision.

Job Description

1. Global Financial Strategy & to*p-Level Design​​

  • Design and establish a financial control system, capital management platform, and risk control framework to support the Group's global operations.
  • Oversee the Group's financial strategy planning, investment & financing management, capital structure optimization, and shareholder relations management.
  • Lead the Group's global finance functions across China, Japan, the United States, Singapore, and other regions, ensuring efficient collaboration.



​​2. Capital Operations & Listing Leadership​​

  • Lead overseas listings: Take full responsibility for the Group's listing process overseas. Evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of different capital markets and formulate the final listing plan.
  • Coordinate all intermediaries, including lawyers, investment banks, and auditors, to ensure the listing project progresses on time and in compliance.
  • Serve as the Group's key spokesperson in the capital market, clearly communicating the company's vision, strategy, and value to the investment community.



​​3. M&A & Strategic Investments​​

  • Based on the Group's strategic development needs, lead the search, evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing of acquisition, merger, and strategic investment projects globally.
  • Design and implement post-investment integration plans to ensure M&A projects create synergies with the Group's existing businesses, driving external growth.
  • Build and maintain a relationship network with potential M&A targets, private equity funds, and strategic investors.



​​4. Team Building & Group-Level Control​​

  • Build and develop a globally minded, professionally capable finance team for the Group's headquarters from scratch.
  • Establish an effective financial control and performance evaluation system for the Group's global branches and business units (including subsidiaries).
  • Serve as the Group Chairman's core financial advisor, providing forward-looking financial analysis and insights for major strategic decisions.



The Successful Applicant

1. Experience Background

  • Proven success in lea*ding the overseas listings in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or technology industries.
  • Background in to*p-tier strategic consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey) or investment banks, followed by a core strategic/financial leadership role in a corporate setting.
  • Experience the end-to-end process of cross-border M&A and integration, from strategic search and due diligence to post-investment management.



2. Core Competencies

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and foresight, capable of translating the Chairman's development vision into actionable capital strategies and financial pathways.
  • Strong capital operation capabilities and an extensive investor relations network, serving as the Group's outstanding representative in the international capital market.
  • Outstanding leadership and influence, with the ability to build and lead an international team, driving change effectively in complex cross-border organizational environments.



3. Personal Traits

  • Exceptional dedication, career ambition, and a global perspective, with a strong desire to participate in and lead the globalization and capitalization of a Chinese enterprise.
  • Ability to adapt to high-intensity work pressure, frequent cross-regional travel, and a dual-headquarters work model.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA certification not required, but must have unquestionable success in listings and M&A.
  • Candidates with international work experience across Greater China, Southeast Asia, and European/American markets are highly preferred.
  • Ideally holds passport that allows easy international travels.
  • Native in Mandarin language as well as English.
