Job Description The CFO position is a key leadership role.This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of the finance function, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Tax, Treasury, and Controllership, while providing strategic business partnering support to the China executives to drive business strategy, growth, and profitability.The role will lead a team of approximately 20 professionals and play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting organisational objectives. The Successful Applicant The preferred candidate comes with: Bachelor's or above degree in Finance or a related field. Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and cultures. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
