They have an stable management team who are experts in their respective field. This finance lead position will be responsible for finance, IT and supply chain. The role is based in Shenzhen. Job Description Report to the CEO and work closely with Board Lead the financial team to manage the entire spectrum of the financial function including financial planning and analysis, compliance with accounting standards and regulations, statutory reporting and internal controls/ audit Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, cash and funds flow statements and also be responsible for tax planning Involve in the establishment of operational goals and objectives including planning and ongoing evaluation to ensure an accurate and up to date progress is given to senior management Act as the representative to external parties including external auditors and local authorities Accountable for the IT and supply chain teams to ensure a smooth operation and handle ad hoc issues The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with ACCA or CPA Minimum 15 years working experience with majority of experience related to the manufacturing industry in Greater China Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational skills Demonstrate the capability to lead a decent sized team and influence senior management on commercial decisions Language capability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (all 3 languages is a must) Able to be based in Shenzhen office What's on Offer Budget for the position - HK$1-1.5M If prospective candidates are currently in Hong Kong, then they must be willing to be based in Shenzhen Monday to Friday Collaborative culture Contact Carly Yau Quote job ref JN-012025-6646920 Phone number +852 3602 2464 Job summary Function Finance & Accounting Specialisation Financial Director / CFO What is your area of specialisation?
