(English is a must, preferred talent speaking Chinese as well but not a must) candidate with early childhood education / phycology backgroun are also preferred , but not a must.

1. Management of Foreign Teaching Staff

  • English Teaching Management: Provide guidance to the foreign teaching team to ensure educational activities align with school standards and yield effective results.
  • Understanding of Policies and Regulations: Guarantee that the foreign teaching team
  • comprehensively understands kindergarten policies and regulations.
  • Compliance with Employee Handbook and Contracts: Ensure strict adherence to employee handbook and labor contract provisions by the foreign teaching team.
  • Student Guidance: Assure that interactions between foreign teachers and children align with individualized, positive developmental needs.
  • Parent Communication: Maintain professional, timely communication with parents,
  • serving as an effective bridge between parents and the school.
  • Collaboration between Chinese and Foreign Teachers: Foster collaboration between foreign and Chinese teachers, ensuring effective teamwork
  • Coordination in big Events: Manage the participation of the foreign teaching team in big school events, ensuring cooperation and performance.



2. Management of Chinese Teaching Staff

  • Consistent Overall Management: Apply uniform requirements to Chinese teaching staff, ensuring standardized management.
  • Supervision of Chinese Teaching: Oversee the Chinese teaching, providing consistent feedback and requirements to Chinese teaching staff.

3. English Teaching Research
