职责描述

P&L Ownership: Full accountability for financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.

Team Leadership: Manage a cross-functional team covering sales, marketing, academic product, and channel partnerships.

Market Development: Drive expansion across key regions-Beijing, Shanghai, and South China-focusing on international schools, public school international divisions, and major education providers.

Global Engagement: Act as the China lead in global forums, contributing insights and shaping product strategy.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute aggressive sales and channel strategies to meet ambitious growth targets.
  • Lead marketing and academic teams to enhance brand awareness and product relevance.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and institutional clients.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and share local market narratives.



理想的求职者

  • Minimum 10 years' experience, with at least 5 years in senior management within the education sector (K12 or teen English).
  • Proven success in P&L ownership and driving business growth.
  • Strong background in B2B2C or institutional channel development.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
