Responsible for guiding the success of Entry authorization system related product lines and leads the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving the position of these product lines, providing a strong voice for the China region. This role sets the strategy, road map, and feature definition for the product or product line for China.

High growth Global automotive Tier 1 in Entry authorization system. In China, several products have set up local develop competence to be a COE for Global.

Job Description

Leads the process to formulate, document and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for PEPS product line for Chinese customers that fits into the global product strategy and roadmap

Translates customer needs, mega trends & enabling technologies into product performance objectives and respective directions for the innovation process

Defines technical and commercial product targets related to innovation projects including product enhancements

Closely collaborates with Advanced Engineering and Applications Engineering during innovations projects

Formulates and presents business cases for investments in R&D, Manufacturing, M&A, Make or Buy, etc. Provides internal product related training

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 8-10 years of experience required in engineering, solid product management skills and project management related context in automotive space, preferred NEV background
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering
* Fluent in English language (written and spoken)
* Strong analytical skills with strategic planning for product road map.
* Strong presentation skills with proven record of technical presentations to customers
* Proven record of developing/implementing Go to Market Strategies and business case development (Strategic and Financial aspects)
