My client entered China market in 2017. They believe in the power of science together with natural ingredients combined with patented biotechnology to provide natural but efficacious skincare&bodaycare. The product portfolio will include a mature and well-known skincare brand as well as newly launch nutrition and body care products. They have an aggressive expansion plan in China in the following years.

Job Description

As China General Manager, you will oversee roughly 200 people including sales, marketing, supply chain, operation, finance and HR.

You will be tasked with developing China markets for 3 brands and identify high potential channels for China's future growth. You will be expected to be responsible for China business growth.

In addition to the above, you will be accountable for all regional/local budgets according to net sales sales margins and operating expenses.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in people leadership and management, financial and business performance management, experience in personal care, skincare or relevant FMCG environment.
  • Experience working at a SME or startup.
  • Customer relationship management skills and experience, customer project management and portfolio management skills and experience.
  • Market and customer business understanding. sales management, marketing, channel management experience. Understanding of the end-to-end process for Business Line business and related profit and cost drivers.
  • Entrepreneurship, willing to take challenges and embrace the changes
  • Good education background
