- Make and implement the sales strategic plan
- Develop new clients and maintain strong client relationships, bring in continue grow sales revenue.
- Lead and manage sales team, manage sales pipeline, control sales costs and manage sales budget
- Support global sales and marketing team to collect China marketing information
- Strong written and spoken Mandarin and fluent English
- Experience of managing and developing key accounts ,commercial and customer focus
- Strong organisational, communication and project management skills, strong leadership
- Experience with sales processes and strong interest in the role of marketing communications to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Management, including logistics practices, inventory control systems, ordering systems, information technology etc.
- Now in charge of half of China business and can be promoted to National Sales management role if you have enough potential
