职责描述

* 识别呼吸与急重症产品业务在中国市场(主要在沿海地区)的发展趋势、客户需求和潜在增长领域。 Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas of the respiratory and acute care business in the China market (mainly in coastal areas).

* 评估市场竞争、客户痛点,以制定目标市场的业务战略。 Evaluate market competition and customer pain points to develop business strategies in the targeted market.

* 与终端用户建立长期、互信的关系。 Prospect and engage with end users to build long-term, trust-based relationships. * 与分销商合作,维护与终端用户的战略合作关系。 Collaborate with distributors to maintain strategic partnerships with end users.

* 制定并实施业务发展计划,以实现年度收入和增长目标。 Develop and implement business development plans to achieve annual revenue and growth targets.

* 准备业务发展报告,向管理层提供销售计划进展、市场状况评估、竞争对手活动,并展示高效的区域管理能力。 Prepare business development reports to advise management on progress against sales plans, evaluation of market conditions, competitor activity, and demonstrate proficient territory management.

* 与呼吸与急重症产品团队协作,推动产品在医院的销售。 Work with the respiratory and acute care team to promote product sales in hospitals.

* 参与全国性学术会议,持续推进公司产品的市场推广。 Participate in national academic conferences to continuously promote the marketing of company products.

* 维护良好的客户关系,促进产品在临床上的应用。 Maintain strong customer relationships to promote the clinical application of company products.

* 推动公司健康和安全文化的实施,确保所有事故得到适当调查和解决,遵守相关法规,并识别和管理潜在风险。 Drive the implementation of the company's health and safety culture, ensure all incidents are appropriately investigated and resolved, comply with legislation, and identify and manage hazards.

* 确保区域内的业务发展,推动呼吸与急重症产品在医院的销售。 Ensure appropriate business development across the region to drive respiratory and acute care product sales within hospitals.

* 确保公司品牌、产品和临床信息在市场中保持优势地位。 Position the company's brand, products, and clinical messages at the forefront.

* 确保关键决策者接收到并理解公司的核心信息。 Ensure key decision-makers hear and understand the company's message.

理想的求职者

* Bachelor's degree or above, 8 year's working experience in medical device sales and market development experience (or related medical field) . 本科及以上学历,8年以上医疗器械销售及市场开发经验(或医疗行业相关工作经验)。

* Good communication skills, training and presentation skills, English can be communicated. 良好的沟通表达能力及演讲能力, 并能进行英语口语交流.

* Good customer service awareness and teamwork spirit. 良好的客户服务意识和团队合作意识。
