Liaise and negotiate with government officials and existing / potential business partners on property development, investment issues and equity transaction. Perform assessment of development opportunities and prepare proposal for management review / approval. Provides valuation calculations and technical/legal support to ensure purchases and joint venture agreements are on acceptable terms and to in compliance with Company policies. Recommend development options and review design plans, research on design/construction/management practices/norms/regulations of local market. Facilitate the preparation of business agreement and documentation for property development projects. Plan the future operation or trading strategies. Prepare Development and Management Reports and Meetings such as Meeting of Shareholders, Board Meeting, etc. Any other assignment as delegated by the management.
