Job Description

As a Recruiter You Will:

  • Manage your own portfolio of both new and existing candidates and clients
  • Become a market expert in order to provide advice and career guidance to candidates
  • Network to accrue business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
  • Partner with clients to grow their business by developing and delivering the great solutions for attracting candidates
  • Utilise multiple online resources to source and screen potential candidates
  • Manage all elements of the interview process from beginning to final stages

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Recruitment Consultant Candidates Are:

  • Interested or experienced in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment
  • Self-starters with a track record of achievement and the desire to build a career
  • Aspirant with outgoing personalities and a will to win
  • Able to think strategically, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
  • Articulate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence others
  • A Bachelor's Degree or above
