Job Description

In-depth consumer feedback and market trend 30%

1.Work with global consumer insight team to in-depth understand brand surveys. To better and deeply knowing China brand health and consumer's feedback.

2.Co-work with digital, social and CRM team to in-depth understand the market trend, our TA consumer behavior and competitor's activities.

3.Gather and analyze above to give the insight to merchandise and marketing team in improving products input/feedback and marketing strategy and planning. To support our brand to keep strong competitiveness in the market.

4.Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, identify new business opportunities to drive innovation and/or commerciality to empower marketing strategy development and to support merchandise future category development. To fulfil brand long-term growth.Cross-Department Collaboration: 30%

  1. Be a competent partner with merchandise, sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and overall Go-To-Market plans.
  2. Collaborate with merchandise team to define the KMS products positioning and conduct market needs analysis to ensure alignment with our target consumer's demand.
  3. To support Sr. Manager, Integrated marketing evaluates go-to-market process. Work with global ensure the KMS calendar can serve global comm goal while has local nuance. To build up local GTM1 to GTM3 marketing process, to support Sr. Manager well plan the marketing strategy, campaign and seasonal plan.

Marketing Strategy & Execution: 30%

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to effectively communicate brand and product information. Especially focus on KMS marketing position and key consumer facing messages. To better connect target consumers while elevate the products through strong story telling. Overall, it is aligned with the seasonal marketing key campaign concept.
  2. Utilize multi-channel approaches (online/offline) to execute product campaigns, increasing brand visibility and market share.
  3. Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve sales targets.
  4. Support Sr. Manager, integrated marketing to well prepared the seasonal campaign brief, shooting preparation and on-site execution. Ensure the key products well endorsed in campaign and well communicated the products benefit.
  5. Well prepare the product campaign brief, land the capsule campaign for product communication based on the aligned product and communication strategy.
  6. Well land the tradeshow to better balance the marketing storytelling, merchandise strategy presentation and channel's sell-in through outstanding tradeshow execution.

Report & routine work 10%

  • To support Sr Manager on reports, include but not limited campaign recap, monthly, Quarterly report, GTM feedback report.
  • Routine system and payment

The Successful Applicant

    • At least 6ys+ in Marketing work , in that 4yrs + in corporate brand team;
    • 6ys+ Experience from Retail brands, especially in fashion or lifestyle brands;
    • Experience in product marketing is must
    • Has consumer insights or survey background is plus
    • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines ;
    • Excellent timeline management, Logic thinking and problem solving mindset, always thinking of provide solutions instead of complaining.
    • Excellent in communication skill , by understanding multi parties needs and to achieve the goal with given resources ; a talent for building relationships with internal and external partners;
    • Excellent writing and presenting skills in both English and Chinese;
    • Hands on personality, attention to detail and prepared to handle multiple tasks;
    • Okay to work OT at weekends , nights , if needed , when races, instant topic / crisis happens;
