职责描述

  • Assist the head of the business department in formulating and executing mid-to-long-term business development strategies, ensuring alignment between sales targets and market expansion.
  • Lead key account and channel management efforts to optimize product mix and increase market share.
  • Coordinate key functions such as sales, marketing, supply chain etc. to enhance operational efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Participate in cross-departmental collaboration and resource integration to drive end-to-end business management.
  • Foster a high-performance team culture, strengthening talent pipelines and organizational resilience.

We do Bulk Commodity Sales

  • Comes from a competitive industry related to chemicals, animal nutrition, or agriculture, familiary with bulk commodity sales, with over 8 years of experience in sales/marketing management (including managing a sales team of 10-25 people), with overseeing full P&L experience.
  • Has experience managing nation/al markets and distribution channels.
  • Possesses systematic thinking and business acumen, capable of driving business optimization from multiple dimensions such as profitability, organization, and strategy.
  • Demonstrates excellent team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, and is adept at driving change in complex environments.



Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in internatio/nal business or proficiency in English to support global expansion.
  • Background in large enterprises combined with full P&L management experience in smaller companies.
  • Experience managing a business portfolio worth over 3 billion RMB is preferred.

薪酬待遇

  • Base annual salary: ¥800,000 - ¥1,000,000
