Strategy Development & Business Planning
Support the implementation of strategic planning platform at all key functions and execute the roll out plans throughout the organization
Work with Zone Heads and Functional Leaders to develop long-term strategic plan, leverage into annual operating plan that ensure strategic alignment and follow through the action plans identified
Partner with finance team on the budgeting process to ensure the resource allocation plans are in line with the overall strategic directions and fully capitalized on opportunities that drive business results and maximize volume growth
Support senior management on preparation of papers, presentations and reports for Board
Ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Company
Strategic Projects & Governance
Support end-to-end corporate strategy projects, including vendor management from set-up, planning to project coordination

Support zones and functions on researching internal and external practice benchmarking for opportunity identification and work with key stakeholders to design and implement transformational initiatives
Execute the strategic projects with effective stakeholder management to deliver against long-term strategic plan and annual operating plan
Coordinate the development and implementation of Key Performance Index (KPI) for each of the key functions and operation units and keep track performance through regular review platform
