Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers, regularly evaluate supplier performance, and ensure that suppliers can provide products and services that meet the hotel's standards. Keep track of market trends, understand industry dynamics and price fluctuations, and formulate reasonable procurement strategies for the hotel to effectively control procurement costs. Participate in the negotiation and signing of procurement contracts, ensuring that contract terms are comply with legal requirements. Assist in handling issues and disputes arising during the procurement process, promptly resolving conflicts between suppliers and the hotel to ensure smooth procurement procedures. Complete other related tasks assigned by senior management, providing strong support for the hotel's daily operations. 理想的求职者 Familiar with the hotel industry, understanding of hotel operation processes and procurement needs, and at least 2 years of relevant work experience in hotel non-food procurement is preferred. Possess excellent English communication skills, capable of proficiently communicating and negotiating with domestic and international suppliers in English, with English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities at the business English level, CET-6 or above is preferred. Knowledgeable about the procurement process and relevant laws and regulations, familiar with the performance, characteristics, and quality standards of various non-food items, and able to develop reasonable procurement plans based on hotel requirements. Strong communication and coordination abilities, capable of maintaining good relationships with internal hotel departments and external suppliers, and effectively resolving issues arising during the procurement process. Strong cost control consciousness, able to research market trends and negotiate to obtain the favourable procurement prices and terms for the hotel, effectively reducing procurement costs. Good team cooperation spirit, capable of closely collaborating with team members to complete procurement tasks.
