Lead the planning and assist in the execution of B2B retail marketing at the terminal level. Supervise and provide standardized guidance for content output on social media platforms of key B2B channels. Support B2B training in line with the company's main marketing products, ensuring regional client training for key and in-depth product lines. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of marketing-related work experience; majors in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations preferred; fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Relevant work experience not limited to marketing communication; experience in community marketing or CRM management is a plus; ability to assist in enhancing consumer engagement and loyalty across regions. Proficient in Office software, especially Excel (data analysis, chart creation), PowerPoint (presentation design), and Word; basic image editing skills (Photoshop basic operations). Ability to summarize and track regional RM activities, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to the business team; creative thinking, proactive in learning new market trends and tools, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
