New Product Development Support Participate in the full cycle of new product development, ranging from demand definition, product positioning, formula function planning and packaging design, to coordinating with R&D and supply chain teams to advance sample testing and production implementation. Ensure that new products are launched on schedule and with qualified quality, and demonstrate strong strategic capabilities in new product development for the category. Launch Promotion and Post-launch Communication Assist in formulating post-launch communication plans for new products. Collaborate with marketing, media and e-commerce teams to execute social media content dissemination (e.g., seeding campaigns on Xiaohongshu and Douyin), offline event promotion, KOL collaborations and channel publicity. Track communication effectiveness and conduct optimizations to enhance the market penetration rate and brand visibility of new products. Category Operation and Optimization Track sales data, market share and consumer feedback of the shampoo category, analyze the performance of products throughout their life cycle, formulate optimization or iteration strategies for slow-moving products, and maintain the healthy growth of the category. Coordinate with the sales team to solve brand-related problems in channel promotion. Cross-departmental Collaboration and Resource Coordination Liaise with R&D, supply chain, finance, legal and other departments to drive the progress of shampoo projects and ensure information synchronization across all links. Participate in cross-regional/international brand collaboration projects, and conduct communications in English to guarantee smooth cooperation The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above. Experienced in scalp care category, cover both brand marketing and NPD development. Experienced in working with EC teams and possess a deep understanding of the social-to-ec pathway. Proficiency in end-to-end marketing role Be aware of the legislations, regulations and policies in the category. Strong at planning, follow-up, identifying improvements and problem solving Self-driven, with the ability to manage projects independently, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
