Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making. Monitor and analyse Asia all operation sites financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external auditors as needed. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and control. Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives with financial expertise. 理想的求职者 A successful Finance Controller should have: A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent. Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and influence stakeholders.
