The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Controller should have: A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent. Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and influence stakeholders. Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
