APAC Sales Director
Responsible for APAC Area with good career development space
Our client is a world leading MNC in electronics and MRO industry.
- Develop and support executing the regional go to market strategy
- To deliver the sales and margin targets for the brand across APAC
- Develop and strengthen the brand in Greater China
- Support with training and development in APAC
- Drive the product development in APAC
- Develop and manage the Regional Marketing Fund
- Selecting and managing all channel partners that fits the market
- Working closely with regional stake holders across all sub-regions
- Support product placement and promotion activity at regional level (inc. Regional funding)
- Establishes close working relationships with the regional and national sales teams, branches and other specialist in the region or product category(s)
- Autonomously lead and influence groups of peers through effective communication
- Commercially minded, challenge driven with excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to operate effectively at all levels, across all disciplines.
- Understands the needs of engineers and buyers (our target customers) and the industries within which they operate
- Successful build a brand in China
- Experience of business management in APAC area
- Fluent oral English communication skills.
- Used to working in a global business and matrix environment
- Advance experience in online product promotion
- Strong leadership skills.
- Electronic products or MRO background prefered.
